I will be profiling your running experience, injury history, goals (short and long term) and lifestyle demands. Thereafter, I will create a training plan for you to start with. Along the way, the training program will be fine tuned based on your running progression feedback.

1. In-person session: monthly gait analysis / physiotherapy session included (1 on 1)
2. Remote: monthly gait analysis / physiotherapy done via video call
3. Just the training plans without any gait analysis or physiotherapy
